Kindness Is Never Too Much

Kindness is always in order and never too much. The ability to be kind is needed in this world. You never know what your gesture of kindness will do for someone’s spirit or their mood. I often go on Instagram and internet sensation Mrs. Tabitha Brown warms my soul. She shows so much kindness and it emits from the social media pages. Kindness I believe has kinetic contagious energy attached to it. I feel the kindness that comes from Auntie Tab. That is what we call her in these internet streets.

Tabitha Brown is one along with millions of others who believe in the principle of kindness. I believe that kindness is a fruit of the spirit as the Bible says. I just do. That is one of my fundamental beliefs. I have heard people lament that someone is too kind. How can that be? Where have we gotten to in society where someone’s kindness annoys you? I encourage you to search your heart and get to the root of that. Something happened some where that turned you off from receiving this great trait. Often people question the validity of someone’s kindness as well. We wonder why they are being so nice. Let this be great breaking news! Everyone does not have an agenda. Did you hear what I said? Everyone does not have an agenda. Those are just facts. I try my best to come from a place of abundance and appreciate the good in humanity. I know it can be hard when your feelings have been hurt by someone. But we must be able to cope with the bitter and the sweet in life as my mom the late Dorothy M. Whitmire use to say. We must develop our coping mechanisms to be able to handle difficult emotions. That builds your emotional muscle when you can push through the vicissitudes of life. Give people the benefit of the doubt until they show you otherwise. I can admit that sometimes it is very hard for me to do that but I work on it. But listen to your spirit and your intuition. It will tell you when something is off. Just listen. It will speak to you. So, embrace kindness in this world and you show kindness too. Let kindness be contagious and something that you practice every day in life. Being rude, short, or disrespectful doesn’t serve anyone well at all. Kindness will never be outdated or too much. Actually the world needs more of it.
